Mark a task as done (ดำเนินการเสร็จสิ้น), optionally recording what was done. This is the same action as the "ดำเนินการเสร็จสิ้น" button on the web and in the mobile app: the task gets its done date, the note appears under "บันทึกการดำเนินการ", and the customer's timeline shows the task as completed. The token's user is recorded as the one who closed it.Who can close which task
Only tasks of the token's own company can be closed. A task of another company, a deleted task, or an id that does not exist all answer 404 — the three are indistinguishable on purpose.
The token's user needs the usual Task permissions: their own tasks need Task View; tasks owned by someone else need Task Access All, or Access By Org over that person. Because tasks created through POST /v1/Tasks are always assigned to someone other than the token's user, the integration user should normally hold Task Access All.
Calling it again is safe. A task that is already done is left untouched — the note it was closed with is kept — and the call answers 200 with alreadyDone: true. Retry freely after a timeout. The body is optional; sending no body, {} or a blank actionNote closes the task with no note.
